Red Coral Lettuce also known as Red Frisée and curly endive, is a popular salad green with a slightly bitter flavour that pairs well with sweet and tangy dressings. Its feathery leaves and curly texture add visual interest and crunch to salads and sandwiches.

Red frisée is also a great addition to cooked dishes such as soups, stews, and stir-fries. It can be sautéed or braised and used as a bed for roasted meats or seafood.
