Returns and Refunds

We regret to inform that due to the nature of the goods being highly perishable, we are unable to do a return/exchange of your ordered goods. However, we do provide refunds for spoilt/damaged goods received. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging (with or without). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at fresh@iwantveggies.com. You must complete the procedures within 12 hours of delivery for the refund to be accepted. Goods will sent back to us will not be accepted as goods sold are highly perishable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
