Green Coral Lettuce also known as Green Frisée and curly endive, is a popular salad green with a slightly bitter flavour that pairs well with sweet and tangy dressings. Its feathery leaves and curly texture add visual interest and crunch to salads and sandwiches.

Green frisée is also a great addition to cooked dishes such as soups, stews, and stir-fries. It can be sautéed or braised and used as a bed for roasted meats or seafood.

In addition to its culinary uses, green frisée is also high in vitamins A and K and is a good source of dietary fibre. It can be found at most grocery stores and farmers' markets and should be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
