Shipping & Delivery
- There is no minimum order amount for delivery within Singapore. We deliver island-wide regardless of your order amount!
- We only deliver our produce in Singapore. At this time, we do not offer delivery services outside of Singapore.

Our standard delivery fee is SG$8.00 island-wide (excluding Jurong Island and Tuas). Standard delivery is free for orders SG$40 (after discounts) and above. We levy an additional surcharge of S$5, bringing delivery fee to a total of S$13.00 for delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas and Sentosa Island.
- Our delivery fee is kept affordable by optimizing the delivery routes based on each day's orders. Hence, we will not be able to accommodate any specific time requests. Alternatively, you can arrange for a third-party carrier to pick up your order from our shop if you need it urgently at a specific time slot.
- Please let us know of any change of delivery address or contact number immediately. We regret to inform you that once items are out for delivery, we will not be able to change your delivery address.
- Daily delivery slots are based on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to manpower availability.
- No deliveries will take place on Sunday and public holidays due to it being a rest day.
- To ensure the freshness of the produces after delivery, customers have the responsibility to store the produces in a cool and dry place, without direct sunlight. iwantveggies.com will not be held responsible for the damage/deterioration to the produce once delivery has been made, checked and accepted by the customer.
